luxury from italy

What most of us might associate it with luxury from Italy? Exceptionally prestigious cars, exquisite clothing, amazing Italian cuisine starring pasta and pizza, handicrafts created by Italian artists, top-notch natural leather – these are just a fraction of what one might long for and admire.

Made in Italia – is the general concept of a brand, a symbol, a status – something Italians themselves have worked for for generations. Increasingly, however, it is they themselves who have come to appreciate their rich tradition and history.

An example that luxury from Italy is not just Ferrari, Gucci and all the rest, is the hotel’s Santo Stefano Di Sessanio. Located in the beautiful and majestic place that is Abruzzo – a region extremely historic and very charming.

The owners of the hotel pay enormous attention to recreating the identity of the buildings and the lives of the residents from centuries ago. It is incredibly inspiring and bold at the same time!

We can see how the people living in the village of Santo Stefano lived, feel the old atmosphere and stop for a while, which is luxury in itself. Luxury from Italy has been honest and true for centuries, based on generations of hard work.

The media and the economy have somehow turned this into a glittering glitz…..after all, this is not the case. Italians cultivate their identity and that is truly luxurious – as the example of this beautiful hotel shows.

Both in the hotel itself and in the village, you can get a taste of bygone eras. With the help of a local innkeeper, you can prepare pizza mix and bread from ancient and traditional wooden paraphernalia.

If you want, you can bake bread in an authentic 16th century wood-fired oven – a true luxury from Italy!
