Infinity’s new SUV impresses. Luxury, comfort and powerful

In a world saturated with electric car fashions, Infinity is breaking conventions by presenting a new generation SUV with a powerful internal combustion engine under the hood. In the new variant of the QX80 model, the traditional V8 will be replaced by a turbocharged 3-liter V6. Add to that a nine-speed transmission and 450 horsepower.

The powerful workhorse yet luxurious QX80 limousine is expected to hit the market as early as 2025. The trailers for the next-generation model show design inspiration from the QX Monograph, giving enthusiasts a tangible vision of the future of motoring.

The brand’s typical “Artistry in Motion” design style is noticeable from afar in the new QX80. Teasers announcing the premiere model showcase elements inspired by the QX monograph, including sleek LED daytime running lights and distinctive full-width taillights that exude elegance and sophistication.

The new QX80 will switch from the traditional 5.6-liter V8 engine to an inline twin-turbocharged “six” that promises no less of an experience, hitting us with 450 horsepower and nearly 700 Nm of torque. Combined with a nine-speed automatic transmission, drivers can expect improved acceleration and enhanced fuel economy.

The next-gen QX80 model is set to debut at the prestigious New York Auto Show on March 20. The model’s makers expect the new acquisition of the Infinity stable to delight the public with its modern design and innovations.

The QX80 2025 takes care not only of striking design – both inside and out – or powerful performance, but also the ordinary usability and functionality of the car in everyday use.
