High-quality vases for the living room – my personal inspirations

I know that, to a large extent, price determines what will look like, and this ultimately shapes their final appearance. This is the kind of product that brings a touch of brilliance and a hint of glamour to our rooms, living spaces, and apartments. A large, well-crafted piece gives me a sense of refined taste and unique style. I’m not a fan of mass-produced, so-called handmade items. That doesn’t particularly interest me, so I confidently claim the superiority of vases handcrafted by renowned, multi-generational global ateliers. Not all of them cost as much as mid-range furniture. Prices start from just a few hundred zlotys, so truly anyone can treat themselves to beautifully fired ceramics or decorative glass!
Once, I took a closer look at some very large that captivated my clients. Today, I’d like to introduce you to some smaller, yet equally beautiful pieces.
High-quality vases – let’s start with the classics
In most cases, glass has represented the majority of these products for centuries. Setting aside heavy materials like silver or brass, glass has always been, is, and will remain in style. It’s the natural setting for cut flowers and enhances beautiful interiors.
The fact that I started with classics doesn’t mean I’ll stick to classic style. The opposite of a simple, prestigious vase is structure, form, and color. That’s exactly what the Portuguese brand Vista Alegre specializes in—their designers work wonders! The brand is all about uncompromising solutions and unconventional design. For me, it’s number one among minimalist creations.
A vase with a hole in the middle, an owl model, one with a butterfly—these are just a few examples of their quirky yet truly original creations. The range is extensive, and the color palette makes it easy to match them with your furniture and overall décor. See for yourself how it all looks!
It’s worth mentioning the prices: the most affordable options start at just over 200 PLN, with the average ranging from 800 to 1500 PLN. Luxury knows no price, and these vases truly stand out. Available at

A counterbalance in the form of Cre Art
And now, the opposite situation—there were beautiful, designer pieces of functional art. So now it’s time for Italian classics. Cre Art products, much like Andrea Bocelli, look exceptionally prestigious and unique. And just like his singing, these high-quality vases are truly captivating. For many years, they have found their owners among our clients. So far, everyone has been delighted and satisfied with them. That’s why our collaboration has worked so well for so many years.
The materials used are primarily glass, crystal, and gold. These three stunningly beautiful elements create an étude on contemporary in the form of the flood of strange knock-offs from Asia. Here, there is prestige—and I will always devote plenty of time to such distinguished brands.
The design is very classic, distinctly southern, featuring many original motifs. Yet to me, it is also beautiful and majestic. There’s something here that exudes exclusivity and a sense of elite craftsmanship. If a product can have a scent, Cre Art has done everything to make theirs irresistible to all connoisseurs of good style.
I believe that tradition combined with years of craftsmanship has truly delivered, and today we can admire such wonderful products. Our clients know exactly what they want. And the manufactory brings them genuine joy, above all thanks to its original designs and exceptional quality! It’s classic, but it’s easy to fall in love with at first sight.
When it comes to prices, they start at around 800 to 1,200 PLN, but the average is several thousand.

High-Quality Vases – Time for Ceramics
While ceramics are typically associated with tradition and classic style, let’s break this down into two parts. Just like with the previous models, I’ll show you some niche, minimalist pieces as well as true ceramic classics. Get ready for some excitement!
Ok, once again I’m bringing up —Made in Portugal does a truly solid job. That’s why I love their refined and unconventional designs. Take a look at how their designers play with form. Portuguese history and colorful decorations are beautifully incorporated into these high-quality vases. A bit tongue-in-cheek, a bit puppet-like—they’ll bring plenty of joy to your living rooms.
This style may not appeal to everyone, but this is art. Today, you have to create inspiring forms or disappear from the market. Don’t copy, imitate, or follow others. You need to come up with an idea—and that’s innovative art with a capital A.
I’ve seen hundreds, thousands of poor-quality products flooding our market like a plague. But in reality, one is just a copy of another. So let’s look for solutions that are either truly eccentric or unapologetically classic. Cheap knock-offs are never the answer, and spending a few hundred zlotys on high-quality vases is next to nothing…

Baroque, Rococo, Provençal, and Rustic Ceramics
Of course, they all have little in common, yet many of them are rooted in traditional style. Somewhere, in a certain era, context, and style, we find its various interpretations. To truly delve into all the eras, you’d probably have to write a book.
For obvious reasons, I won’t be doing that, but I’ll show you the most beautiful ones. I’ve selected a few trusted manufacturers. Among them is, which has skillfully rooted its creations in the Baroque style. The intricately decorated, almost fresco-like, high-quality vases make a stunning impression. And although this is a bygone era, believe me, it still has its admirers.

People love to surround themselves with old objects, and ceramics made in this way are somewhat reminiscent of antiques.
Okay, we’ve had our baroque moment, but now it’s time for something truly explosive. Ceramiche Stella is a tribute to wild and stunning vases! What our Italian friends create is pure madness. I absolutely love their unique, high-quality vases adorned with butterflies or seahorses. Exquisite materials, elegance, and style. A well-crafted vase like this starts at 1500 PLN. A price worth paying, considering the quality!

A touch of Provence, countryside, and simplicity
There were past eras, but I know you love the Provençal style, so my next suggestion features exactly this kind of design. Our friends at Virginia Casa adore simple forms, which is why many of these high-quality vases come from this brand. Like all the others mentioned above, it’s a brand with a rich history and true artisans behind it.
Many simple things are also luxurious. It’s a bare form that must stand out through craftsmanship and the story woven into it. And here, that’s certainly not lacking! Besides glamour, Italians also love simple, rustic products straight from past civilizations.
Overall, the Provençal style isn’t always obvious and often blends with other trends, so my suggestions might differ slightly from your own impressions of this aesthetic. As for the prices, the average is over 100 PLN, so it’s not expensive considering it’s handmade work.

High-quality vases – 925 silver or pewter?
I think these are probably some of the most prestigious and, at the same time, most expensive vases we offer. But then again, our clients also love silver, so why not? It’s an exceptionally noble material that fits seamlessly into many interior spaces. Of course, it’s not the easiest to coordinate, but a skilled designer can incorporate it into many luxurious homes and apartments.
Let me start with designer pieces—unconventional and eccentric. The Italian brand Pampaloni creates these extraordinary vases that I just had to show you. They stand out from many other designs and shapes, as they are closely tied to the world of art.
These high-quality vases are made of 925 sterling silver. In my opinion, they represent the absolute world-class of premium creative products. I love Pampaloni, which is why I’m featuring this brand in my article. Prices start at over 10,000 PLN.

Classic vases in a pewter finish
In case you didn’t know, let me explain. Pewter is an alloy made from three metals: tin (90-98%), antimony (0.5-8%), and copper (0.25-2.5%). It’s an exceptionally sturdy and hard material, yet also malleable. That’s why it’s a great material to work with, and on top of that, it looks beautiful.
I’ve chosen to spotlight the Cosi Tabellini manufactory, with whom we’ve been collaborating for many years. They create truly stunning pieces that don’t fit into just one style. You’ll find Art Nouveau, Provençal influences, and a touch of timeless classics. I love their products because they look absolutely beautiful in person. Many of our clients have them in their interiors and, from what I hear, they fit perfectly into their projects.
These are massive yet exquisitely delicate works of art that can adorn your own interior. They are pieces of history, evoking bygone eras—deeply romantic and truly captivating. Cosi Tabellini takes its admirers on a remarkable journey. I hope you like them too!
