Top 5 most delicious ground coffees – Malongo brand

I love old, multi-generational manufactories because I know that true luxury is born over many years. My shows just how important tradition is in producing truly high-quality food.
Big corporations make decent coffee, but it’s for the masses. With such massive global production, it’s hard to maintain the highest standards for true coffee connoisseurs.
Top 5 Most Delicious Ground Coffees – The French Brand Malongo and a Piece of Its History
The company was founded in Nice in 1934. Initially producing just 25 kg of coffee, the owners had no idea which direction they would take. Soon, production increased to 100 kg, a testament to the remarkable flavor of their roasted beans and the very human face of Malongo.

This multi-generational manufactory relies on the commitment of its own employees to drive its growth. This is a typical approach in the production of high-quality products. Malongo carefully oversees the entire process—from the plantation to brewing coffee in the cup.
Such meticulous control is key to the overall success of this French brand. Anyone involved in coffee roasting knows just how complex it is. That’s why creating something truly exceptional is no easy feat!
Technique and Packaging
Malongo roasts its coffee the way a time-honored recipe demands. Only slow, gradual roasting delivers that traditional flavor—end of story. There’s plenty to say about the process itself, but that’s not the focus of this article.
Personally, I was captivated by the packaging. A black, vacuum-sealed tin with a beautiful, colorful brand label. It may seem like a small thing—but it makes a difference. Many of my friends have received these tins as gifts, even after they were emptied.
A good vacuum seal ensures a long shelf life for the products stored inside. That’s why everyone keeps it for themselves after use!

Most coffee lovers can distinctly sense a subtle floral note in its taste. And that’s what makes it such a highly valued product!

A very important matter. Haiti is a country that, especially in recent years, has suffered greatly for various reasons. Most notably, the earthquake caused immense poverty and human tragedy.

The most expensive of all the coffees mentioned above, but once you taste it, you’ll forget about the price….Blue Mountain is grown on the eastern tip of Jamaica. Its name comes from the Blue Mountains range, where it is most abundant.
At over 5,500 feet above sea level, it has the perfect conditions for natural growth. The area is lush, humid, and, as they say, blessed by God. Hmmm, once you try it, you might just agree…

An interesting fact is the state’s oversight of the authenticity of this black beverage. The Jamaican coffee industry has established a geographical boundary that defines and classifies it as Blue Mountain.

My Top 5 most delicious ground coffees are exclusively from the Malongo brand. Although other roasters also use the beans that this company sources for its coffee. So, generally speaking, they are available worldwide.
