Still Life According to Salvatore Marinelli

With great pride and enthusiasm, we are delighted to present the works of the extraordinary Italian artist Salvatore Marinelli. He fell in love with Baroque painting, especially still lifes. The painter’s greatest inspiration is the Baroque artist Willem Claesz Heda, who worked in the Netherlands.
His specialty was painting lavishly set tables, where he placed dishes and other table accessories. The compositions were monochromatic, featuring green and gray tones.
