Staying at Nobis gives you the perfect location for exploring the city on foot, as it’s situated in the central district known as Norrmalmstorg. Swedes simply call it —the very heart of Stockholm. Everything is within easy reach here, with the biggest shops, restaurants, museums, and everything you need all in one place!
This is a completely different vibe from the last I wrote about…

Luxury hotel in Stockholm – why choose Nobis Hotel Stockholm?
Until the mid- century, this was an exceptionally rough neighborhood. In 1853, the square where the hotel building is located was renamed Norrmalmstorg. From then on, things only improved, and the entire central area began to gain in prestige.
If you’re looking for a luxury hotel in Stockholm, Nobis is your guarantee of an exceptional experience. The most important advantage is, of course, the location—here, everything you need is truly within easy reach.
Often, when I look for accommodation, I choose based on the most convenient location in the city. And that’s exactly the case here! is where Nobis is located.

What the rooms look like – luxury hotel in Stockholm
Most of them are rooms designed in a modern, minimalist style. The strong influence of Scandinavian design is clearly visible. The furniture and all the interior furnishings feature very simple forms. Although made from high-quality materials, they are somewhat subdued.
I’m most impressed by rooms that retain their original historic accents. You can really feel it in the 98-square-meter Nobis suite. The stucco and wall panels from 1800 are beautifully preserved there.
Very old ceilings with magical accents blend beautifully with Swedish minimalist interior design. Take a look at the bedroom. The wooden ceiling and paneling give the apartment a sense of substantial weight.
At the center stands a large tiled fireplace, next to a modern black bed. These are combinations that reveal a keen sense of aesthetics and a commitment to preserving the. On the worn wooden floor lies a designer rug, its colors echoing those of the chairs and wallpaper. Yet the magic works….
The living room is all about white; the bright ceiling moldings blend perfectly with the old doors. The furniture used is quite low and flat, but that’s intentional—to emphasize the majesty and spaciousness of the room. A truly exquisite display of design!

The rest of the rooms available for guests are mainly modern, Scandinavian, and of high quality. Carefully selected colors, fabrics, and furniture create a sense of warmth and comfort. It’s a pity that the other hotel suites weren’t designed… but you can’t have everything in life.
I’ll definitely write that to them. Maybe they’ll listen to reason… after all, old-world charm and modernity have always sold well. Besides, that largest apartment has real character—the rest are just catalog templates with a touch of luxury.

A luxury hotel in Stockholm must have a prestigious restaurant
The elegant hotel Restaurant is, above all, about the finest. Selected Italian cheeses, warm walnut cake with ice cream, pasta with wild asparagus cream and fried duck livers, oven-baked… these are just a few highlights from our menu.
Everyone will find something to suit their taste. Why Italian cuisine? These flavors are truly the international ABCs of hotel restaurants. That’s why you can find them even in the most remote corners of the world.

In addition to the restaurant and bar, Nobis features. A magical place—strikingly modern in its design. Perfectly tailored for those who appreciate the beauty of design. Lots of glass, metal, and marble.
What can I say – the luxurious Nobis hotel in Stockholm boasts a truly unique bar. So, what kind of ingredients and spirits can you expect there? Well, for example: dark rum with Italian amaro, southern limes, cactus syrup, Irish whiskey, beetroot syrup, sherry, coconut cream, agave juice, and many other delights.
I think Gold Bar is mainly dedicated to elegant women, as evidenced by the wide selection of drinks on the menu and the distinctly feminine décor….

Luxury hotel in Stockholm – a lobby that defines luxury
What sets Nobis apart is its stunning and enchanting lobby. The space upstairs, enclosed by a roof and surrounded by the building’s walls on all sides, makes an incredible impression. This is where luxury is truly hidden. The furnishings aren’t ostentatious—they’re part of a thoughtfully designed, elegant space for people to meet.
Just take a seat and you’ll instantly feel at home. I believe this warm and stylish place is truly popular among guests. Every exclusive hotel should offer authenticity and something that sets it apart. For me, it’s the lobby—grand and majestic when you look up, yet incredibly homey from the comfort of your seat.

Luxury is all about experiences. It’s not hard to fill a hotel with stunning pools, saunas, and marble finishes. You can always spend a fortune on high-quality materials. What truly matters is finding a genuine point of distinction—something the hotel can be truly proud of.
That’s why in many new places, even 5-star ones, something is missing. Nobis Hotel has it and is very proud of it.
