An impressive undertaking. There is no other like it in Poland.

The shape refers to a cruise ship. Its grandeur was supposed to attract tourists from all over Europe. Instead of a grand opening, however, we have endless delays and bureaucratic turbulence. Guests who were impatiently waiting for reservations are increasingly doubting whether it is worth planning a vacation here at all. Although, on the other hand, the first photos of the finished interiors look impressive and will certainly encourage travelers. The hotel also has exceptionally comfortable facilities for conferences.

Each additional month of delay not only generates costs for the investor, but also fuels doubts – will this giant ever open its doors? For now hotel Gołębiewski still closed, and its future is as uncertain as the Baltic weather.

Tourists who were counting on a luxurious stay in the new facility will have to arm themselves with patience. In the meantime exclusive hotels on the Baltic Sea in Sopot, Kołobrzeg or Międzyzdroje have been welcoming guests for a long time. They offer proven standards and the highest quality of service. Will the delayed giant from Pobierowo be able to conquer the market, or will it have to fight for the trust of tourists for a long time?

It certainly tempts with its vast space, aqua park and extensive recreational offer, but in the premium industry, it is not only the scale that counts, but above all prestige, renowned service and reliability. And for now, Gołębiewski in Pobierowo has a big problem with this. The longer the hotel remains closed, the greater the risk that instead of setting new standards of luxury, it will have to face the label of an “overinvested ghost attraction”. If the opening is delayed again, the competition on the Baltic Sea will not leave it much room for a spectacular debut.
